Joceline White served for several years as part of the Executive Leadership Board as the Director of Recruiting and Retention for a multimillion-dollar enterprise that provides ready mix concrete and aggregate services. She assisted the company by changing the culture of their current employees and by hiring top talent just over 1,000 new hires during her employment with that company. During her tenure, she saw the company have an increase in its retention from 49% to 89%. While she served as the head of said department, she had an amazing team and outstanding support from her partner from ZipRecruiter, Corey Otten. She knows that her success would not have been possible without the partnership we had made with Corey. We both worked together to help the company succeed during such a hard time. Within 3 years of our partnership, we helped the company thrive and saved over $2.3 million in revenue due to the changes we helped implement.
Then, after some years of not working together, Joceline decided to reach out to Corey to see if he would be interested in venturing by becoming her partner in this new business she had envisioned, not only because she really valued his experience, work ethic, and they had worked so great together in the past. With Corey’s experience in marketing, business development, and sales, and Joceline’s expertise in FMCSA regulations, specifically in managing the Driver Qualification Files for all current employees and new hires, was indeed the greatest business idea ever.
